Time to build your own custom planner from scratch! In this process you will choose which pages you would like in your planner on a yearly, monthly, weekly and daily basis, as well as the theme for each month.

Essentials
Year at a Glance
A double page spread which provides an overview of the entire year. This spread doesn't have enough space to list out everything you'll be doing in each of your 365 days (leave that to the Month at a Glance spread), but will allow you to mark out key dates such as birthdays or holidays.
Dates to Remember
Don't get caught out forgetting that all important date or anniversary - this single page layout has space to jot down all of the important dates you need to remember in each month of the year.
Goals for the Year
Make the year count, by keeping track of all the things that are important to you. With a space to note down 6 key goals for the year, 10 'bucket list' plans, and a savings tracker, you can keep your year on check with this single page layout.
Trackers
Habit Tracker
If you have a whole list of habits - whether they are health, passion or even cleaning related - that you need to keep track of, this page is perfect for you. Simply fill in the 'goal' section under each habit for how often you plan on completing it, mark out each day in the month that you complete said habit, and count up at the end to see how well you've met your goals.
Mood Tracker
Keep a log of how you're feeling this year with a whole page for mood tracking, allowing you to make a note of how you have felt each day throughout the year. Also includes a customisable key to differentiate between each mood.
Year of Health
For those who want to keep an eye on your health and fitness over the next year, this spread is perfect. Includes a full page tracker allowing you to track health habits/exercise throughout the year, along with a key to differentiate between different activities, a graph allowing you to notice trends in change in health habits (such as weight loss or running times), and a chart allowing for the monthly monitoring of 4 different metrics such as body measurements, times, or weights.
